The Mackenzie is full of creativity, home to a wide range of artists and art galleries. Galleries can be found throughout the region, including Fairlie, Kimbell and Lake Tekapo, with more open by appointment only, showcasing a wide range of local and NZ artists.

Many take inspiration from our amazing landscapes throughout the seasons, with their artwork ranging in mediums from photography, sculpture, watercolour, oils and much more.
