Southern Sky Roasters

Southern Sky Roasters is a micro roastery located at 760m altitude at Lake Tekapo, specialising in artisan-roasted coffee beans. Committed to ethical practices, they source organic, fair trade beans through Trade Aid importers, supporting global sustainable farming practices.

Artisanal roasting techniques are then employed to enhance the beans’ unique flavours, reflecting the tranquillity and purity of the air and their surroundings. They have collaborated with Christchurch-based Stonker Roasters to handcraft a bespoke roaster that is now the heart of their operations.
